- sleep 6-8 hours every night
- keep focusing on what I want
- live from a space of love
- take responsibility for my own life
- never blame another
- listen to uplifting music
- when I feel low remember "that too shall pass"
- reach out and help others
- know that I too can make a difference
- act on my intentions
- spend time with positive inspiring people
- do not take on others negative thoughts
- know that my negative thoughts are reminding me I am not in alignment with my truth
